Cushions with inner: Postage and packing value = £6.85, currently I offer free postage on full price items.

For larger items and orders of two or more cushions I use UPS, so please feel free enter an alternate address for delivery if you will not be at home during the day.
2 or more cushions: £10.00 plus £1.00 for each additional cushion, full price cushions currently free p&p.
If ordering 2 or more cushions with a p&p to pay I will refund any amount overpaid in the shopping cart.

Care instructions: I pre-wash all my cushion fabric prior to use. With the new fabric on the reverse this should ensure there is no shrinkage. However, when washing I recommend that the inner be removed and the cover handwashed on cool water or on a gentle washing machine cyle at a low temperature.
Table linen: I recommend washing on a gentle cycle in the machine. Avoid scrubbing isolated areas.
Cushion inners: Dry cleaning - Professional dry cleaning only. Washing - Hand wash or use a Laundrette size (large capacity) machine at 40C using a wool cycle and then hot air tumble dry. Always ensure that the filling is thoroughly dried. Do not iron.
Duck Feather Cushion Pad Care
Daily plumping and regular airing will be beneficial for lasting comfort. When inserting cushion pads into the covers make sure that the corners of the pads are tucked right into the corners of the cover.
Before use plump up the cushion pads as described below.
To plump up a square feather cushion hold opposite corners and bring together several times to introduce air into the cushion. Repeat the action holding the other corners. As the fabric is waxed the only place that air can enter the cushion is at the seams.
Duck Feather Cleanliness Standards
All my cushion inners are supplied by a company who’s feather product filling goes through rigorous washing and drying purification processes to ensure utmost cleanliness. They are washed with specified detergents and sterilised at 120 degrees C, and viruses cannot survive at this temperature. The strict processing route is compliant with the European Cleanliness Standard BS EN 12935.
My supplier works with the most up to-date guidelines set out by the International Animal Health Division, who are a department of DEFRA (Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs) as well as the IDFL (International Down & Feather Laboratory) and finally EDFA (European Down & Feather Association). This means that our supplier receives regular updates on any restrictions, problems or guidelines regarding cleanliness requirements from the most authoratative and informed sources. The authorities are satisfied that properly processed feather carries no public health risk.
All feather used by my supplier is processed and prepared to comply with the Oeko-Tex 100 environmental standards. I do not supply products containing poultry feathers.
